  • Native level of Chinese language is a must
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI or Computer Science
  • Programming knowledge: Familiarity with languages like Python, Java or other
  • System design: Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), data flow diagrams, and network infrastructure
  • Communication: Skill in explaining complex technical details to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Chinese
  • Self-reliance in performing tasks with the ability to identify risks and issues. Capable of working under minimal supervision

Your responsibilities

  • Gather Requirements: Talk with managers and staff to understand business goals and user needs.
  • Design Solutions: Plan new software or system upgrades, and write technical specifications for developers.
  • Test and Troubleshoot: Check systems for errors and fix issues before and after launch.
  • Train and Document: Write user manuals and train staff on how to use new systems.

You will be working in a team responsible for development of AI solutions for both internal improvements and production ready solutions. Your work will focus on bridging the connection point between business objectives and technology, analyze, design, and verify systems that align with business needs. Your daily work will involve heavy cooperation with multiple teams such as HQ experts and stakeholders and local developers.
