Our requirements
- SAP developer: minimum 5 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
- Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM and H4S4
- Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in H4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)
- English B2
- German nice to have
- Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions
Your responsibilities
- Architecture, solution and implementation consulting with a focus on healthcare, SMEs, and the public sector
- Advising our customers on the mapping of cloud‑based HCM processes and creation of target/actual concepts
- Requirements and feasibility analyses, quotation calculation and presentation to customers
- Development, conception and design of modern architectural solution
