  • Experience in product management, strategic product ownership, or a comparable role in a technical environment.
  • Ability to develop a product vision and turn it into a structured, value-driven roadmap.
  • Strong interest in market dynamics, customer needs, business demand, and competitive positioning.
  • Good understanding of agile delivery models; SAFe experience is beneficial.
  • Interest in telecom, RAN, SMO, O-RAN, network automation, or orchestration.
  • Fluent English communication skills in an international environment.

Optional

  • Experience with telecom product development (OSS/BSS), SMO, Non-RT RIC, rApps, or O-RAN architecture
  • Familiarity with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, or business case development
