- several years of experience managing complex IT/digital projects,
- strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid),
- experience in leading large, cross-functional teams,
- solid background in budget, risk, and quality management,
- experience in proposal preparation, project costing, and client-facing work,
- strong analytical skills and decision-making mindset,
- ability to handle escalation situations and solve complex problems,
- very good command of English (B2/C1).
Optional
- certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) is a plus.
Your responsibilities
- manage and coordinate complex, cross-portfolio digitalization projects,
- plan, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timeline,
- lead large, distributed and cross-functional project teams,
- take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle,
- support clients in challenging situations and ensure successful project delivery,
- structure complex requirements and drive projects to completion,
- build strong client relationships and contribute to follow-up business,
- prepare proposals, estimations, and manage deal processes for strategic projects,
- manage subcontractors and ensure smooth communication across project phases,
- actively contribute to the development of project management practices within the organization.
