Our requirements
- Senior SAP Migration Consultant with extensive project and consulting experience
- Expertise in end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations, with a focus on FI/CO processes
- Proficiency in classic SAP migration tools (LSMW, batch input) as well as modern S/4HANA migration approaches (Migration Cockpit, SLT) and SNP or Natuvion expertise
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative mindset
- High level of independence and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage critical project phases confidently
- German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
- English at B2 level
Optional
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Confluence
- Soft Skills: Analytical, solution-oriented, communicative, Highly self-reliant and decisive
Your responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between IT and business departments
- Be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing complex SAP migrations
- Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate external service providers
- Support bid preparation, including requirements analysis, functional solution concepts, and effort estimations
