Our requirements

  • Proven experience in Service Design or IT service development (preferably in networking environments)
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies: LAN, WLAN, routing, SD-WAN, VPN, and security
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL (v3 or v4) frameworks
  • Familiarity with leading networking vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus)
  • Experience in defining personas and translating business needs into technical and operational requirements
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and operational documentation
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms such as:
  • OSS/BSS
  • NMS/EMS
  • CMDB
  • ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret telemetry, metrics, and CX data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and end-to-end oriented approach

Your responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end customer experiences for networking services, including LAN/WLAN and managed services
  • Map and optimize customer journeys across the full lifecycle:
  • (sales → onboarding → deployment → operations → incident management → changes → renewals)
  • Create service blueprints linking customer touchpoints with backend systems and infrastructure:
  • (NOC, field engineers, network components, OSS/BSS, CMDB)
  • Define personas (e.g., IT Admin, Network Engineer, End User) including their needs, constraints, and success criteria
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, including:
  • network topology and capacity planning
  • WLAN design (coverage, roaming, AP placement)
  • security models (802.1X, PSK)
  • monitoring and telemetry requirements
  • Embed ITIL practices into service design (incident, problem, change, release, service level management)
  • Define SLAs/OLAs, KPIs, escalation paths, and operational processes (e.g., runbooks)
  • Develop operational artifacts such as requirement documentation, installation checklists, and site survey templates
  • Prioritize service improvements and define offerings (managed service tiers, service catalog entries)
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, NOC, and operations teams
  • Leverage telemetry, incident data, and customer experience metrics to drive continuous service improvement
