Your responsibilities

  • Manage and own day-to-day operations of the LMS/LXP platform, ensuring stability, performance, and data quality
  • Optimize user experience for HR, business stakeholders, content editors, and learners
  • Configure and enhance content structures, workflows, and learning solutions with a user-centric approach
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to platform usability and efficiency
  • Act as the main technical and functional owner of the system, including handling IT security-related topics
  • Communicate platform updates, improvements, and changes to internal stakeholders (e.g., editors)
  • Support stakeholders in designing and implementing effective learning solutions
  • Translate business and HR requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Coordinate platform integrations (e.g., APIs, Microsoft Teams, external providers)
  • Support governance and compliance processes (e.g., data security, works council requirements)
  • Contribute operational insights to product roadmap, prioritization, and development discussions
  • Support platform migration and transformation initiatives when needed
  • Act as a trusted partner for HR, IT, business stakeholders, and social partners
  • Coordinate activities across internal IT teams and external vendors
  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution across projects and initiatives
  • Drive initiatives forward with ownership, structure, and accountability
