  • Proven experience in IT leadership combined with strong hands-on technical background.
  • Ability and willingness to “roll up sleeves” and directly engage in technical work when required.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling or startup-like environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Experience with endpoint and device management.
  • Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
  • Experience operating in distributed, multi-location, international environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  • High ownership mindset, pragmatism, and attention to detail.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g. Workspace ONE).

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT engineers supporting global operations across multiple regions.
  • Act as a hands-on technical leader - willing to actively troubleshoot, configure systems, and support critical issues when needed.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee and participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems (endpoints, servers, cloud services, and business applications).
  • Own incident management processes, including escalation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and scalability of IT operations in a growing, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Security, DevOps, and business teams to ensure systems meet both operational and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOC, ISO, GDPR).
  • Manage vendors and external partners where applicable.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
