Tech Lead Software Engineering

Our requirements

• You are passionate about technology trends, digital innovation, and leveraging technology to create business value.
• You enjoy solving complex problems and translating business needs into scalable, high-quality digital solutions.
• You have deep expertise in agile methodologies and a proven track record of building and enabling high-performing agile teams.
• You have extensive hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, Clean Code principles, and the "You build it, you run it" mindset. You are passionate about applying these practices and mentoring others to continuously improve their engineering craft.
• You have solid experience with Java and modern application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, or Jakarta EE.
• You are familiar with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular and can effectively collaborate across the full technology stack.
• You have strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems and practical experience with PostgreSQL or similar database technologies.
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Business C1 level).
• You have at least two years of successful technical leadership experience, including guiding technical decisions, coaching engineers, and driving engineering excellence across teams.
• You take ownership, lead by example, and are motivated to create an environment where teams can deliver high-quality software with confidence and speed.

Optional

• Hands-on experience with Python would be a nice-to-have.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and cloud operations to develop and enhance our SaaS solutions for pricing optimization, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Assist in building and maintaining web applications and microservices that integrate seamlessly into client environments, delivering robust and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of user-friendly features, APIs, and backend services that drive the pricing platform's functionality.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle by following clean coding practices and engaging in peer code reviews.
• Help ensure the platform's stability and security by considering non-functional aspects, such as performance, monitoring, and data privacy.
