- At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or similar roles in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of inquiry management processes and customer interaction platforms
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems and data-driven tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Prior knowledge of compliance frameworks, including validation processes and data privacy principles, medical inquiry processes, and pharmaceutical compliance (GxP, data privacy)
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and focus on continuous improvement
- Fluent communication skills in English
Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, translating them into clear functional specifications
- Oversee and continuously improve systems supporting inquiry intake, processing, and response delivery
- Coordinate support activities across multiple levels to maintain high system availability and user satisfaction
- Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing performance metrics and operational data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and ensure alignment between business and technology
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, validation processes, and data protection requirements
