Our requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in modern C++ development.
- Solid understanding of Linux OS, including development tools, debugging, performance analysis, and environment configuration.
- Experience leading software development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and software development lifecycle.
- Handson experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability and willingness to work from the office 5 days per week.
Optional
- Experience in automotive, energy, or telecommunication industries.
- Handson experience with embedded systems, networking protocols, or multithreaded applications.
- Knowledge of Python or Bash scripting.
