About the project

We are looking for a Technical Lead – Power BI & dbt with strong hands-on development experience to join a highly technical Business Intelligence team.
The role combines hands-on BI development with technical leadership, code and solution reviews, mentoring, automation, and the continuous improvement of development practices. You will be one of the most experienced developers in the team, actively contributing to the design and implementation of BI solutions while supporting other developers with complex technical challenges.
This is not a traditional people management role. The position is strongly development-oriented and requires someone who enjoys writing code, designing data models, solving technical problems, and improving engineering practices.
The long-term direction of the platform is to centralize shared business logic and KPI definitions in Snowflake/dbt, while keeping Power BI as a well-structured semantic and reporting layer.
You will also collaborate closely with central Data and BI teams to implement shared solutions and standards across multiple markets.
