Our requirements
- Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in technical support, pre-sales, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, TR-069/TR-369 or similar protocols is a plus)
- Ability to quickly learn and work with complex technical platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and in a structured way
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
Your responsibilities
- Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and discovery sessions with prospects
- Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and trial environments
- Analyze customer requirements and networking challenges to align solutions with Cloud ACS capabilities
- Troubleshoot technical and network-related issues during evaluations
- Address technical questions, including RFPs and architecture or security assessments
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and handover after contract signing
