Our requirements

  • Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in technical support, pre-sales, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, TR-069/TR-369 or similar protocols is a plus)
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with complex technical platforms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and in a structured way
  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and discovery sessions with prospects
  • Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and trial environments
  • Analyze customer requirements and networking challenges to align solutions with Cloud ACS capabilities
  • Troubleshoot technical and network-related issues during evaluations
  • Address technical questions, including RFPs and architecture or security assessments
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and handover after contract signing

As the Support Manager for AVSystem products, including our flagship Unified Management Platform (UMP), you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and client success. You will lead a dedicated support team ensuring that our Tier-1 and Tier-2 Telco and ISP clients receive world-class assistance. This is a high-impact role where you will not only manage people but also take ownership of the health and longevity of our support contracts through strategic communication and deep technical understanding of network device management.
