- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Technical understanding of Java Microservices
- Technical understanding of REST APIs
- Technical understanding of SQL
- Technical understanding of PostgreSQL
- Experience working with integration solutions and data flows
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization
- Ability to break down large initiatives into deliverable stories
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery processes

Your responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Product Backlog for Integration Teams
- Drive delivery of integration and orchestration solutions
- Define and communicate team objectives and priorities
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Translate business needs into actionable backlog items and user stories
- Ensure backlog transparency, visibility, and alignment across teams
- Support solution design, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Work closely with development teams on integration and data-related initiatives
- Contribute to governance, standards, and continuous improvement activities
- Drive Agile ways of working and stakeholder alignment
