About the project

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the Scheduling and Workload Automation (SWA) capability within a global enterprise technology function. This role covers the full lifecycle of scheduling and automation platforms supporting Linux and mainframe based environments, ensuring they are reliable, resilient, secure, and continuously improving.
You will translate broad platform strategies into a clear, prioritised roadmap, balancing new capabilities with platform health, compliance, technical debt, and operational excellence. The position requires strong collaboration across engineering, architecture, operations, and service management teams to deliver and evolve a business critical capability at scale.
While experience with BMC Control M or IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) is highly desirable, the key requirement is proven product ownership experience in large, complex, regulated environments.
