Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • SoftPOS Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product vision, strategic roadmap, and execution for PayTel’s SoftPOS solution.
  • Requirements Management: Translate high-level business objectives into comprehensive technical specifications, actionable user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Vendor & Partnership Oversight: Manage relationships with key technology vendors and commercial partners to ensure robust technical integration and successful market scaling.
  • Central Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and IT. You will translate technical limitations into business opportunities and business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of new product features, ensuring operational readiness and seamless deployment into the production environment.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop training materials, product documentation, and technical support frameworks that drive successful product adoption.
  • Leading other Business initiatives supporting PayTel Business and market-share growth (new services and features across all merchant touchpoints)

Our requirements

  • Product Expertise: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Lead, with a focus on the full lifecycle management of technical products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate conversations between highly technical development teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional launches, and maintain strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of modern system architectures, with a primary focus on mobile application integrations (app-to-app), deep-linking technologies, and webhook-driven event handling.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to product decisions, including monitoring product performance metrics and user feedback.
  • English: Full Business Proficiency

  • Payments Domain Expertise: Previous experience in the payments industry (acquiring, PSPs, Digital Payments) is a significant advantage.
  • Market Insight: A strong understanding of the Polish ISV landscape for POS and sales management software (e.g., HoReCa, Retail, Mass Transit).
