The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The TPM ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical knowledge, leadership skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
