Technical SEO Manager | f/m/d

Your responsibilities

• supporting technical audits of enterprise websites and portals to ensure crawlability, indexation, and performance
• assisting in maintaining SEO/GEO standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
• monitoring technical issues, assessing their impact, and supporting remediation efforts
• optimizing website architecture, internal linking, and content for search engines and AI crawlers, including managing robots.txt and meta directives
• evaluating new technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for their impact on search visibility
• implementing structured data and optimizing sitemaps, navigation, and URL structures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• improving Core Web Vitals and overall page performance with development teams
• supporting agile processes, including translating requirements into user stories, coordinating backlogs, and assisting with QA/testing
• analyzing log files and crawl data to identify opportunities for improving crawl budget and indexation

Our requirements

• fluency in English (C1)
• 4+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally in financial services or insurance sector
• very good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• experience with JS-heavy frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
• knowledge of technical SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify) and Google Search Console
• experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams
• strong communication, stakeholder management skills
• analytical and problem-solving skills
• high degree of ownership and accountability
• high awareness of security, compliance and regulatory aspects in technical implementations
