- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role (technician, helpdesk, or engineer), working directly with customers and cross-functionally to resolve complex technical issues.
- Electromechanical knowledge with proven experience in an industrial, multinational organization (industrial integration and industrial automation are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to view problems as opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of various Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective communication in English (at least B2 level).
- Availability for travel, including local and cross-border trips (approx. 10–15%).
- Category B driving license.

- Networking aptitude, including IP networking, computer systems, and databases (a plus).
- Knowledge of JIRA/Trello and SAP.
- Electrical qualifications (SEP).
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical, application, and documentation support to the business as a global industrial laser printer expert, covering hardware, software, industrial integration, and application space.
- Work directly with aftersales/presales engineering and quality teams as necessary to resolve technical issues.
- Be a key contributor and work directly with Product Development on existing product evolution and new product development, with a focus on customer experience and serviceability.
- Provide resolutions for technical issues escalated from internal worldwide teams and international business partners.
- Act as a cross-functional team member to identify corrective and preventive actions through root cause analysis.
- Engage with technical service, the sales community, and other key company functions to share product and application knowledge.
