Our requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role (technician, helpdesk, or engineer), working directly with customers and cross-functionally to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Electromechanical knowledge with proven experience in an industrial, multinational organization (industrial integration and industrial automation are a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to view problems as opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of various Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective communication in English (at least B2 level).
  • Availability for travel, including local and cross-border trips (approx. 10–15%).
  • Category B driving license.

Optional

  • Networking aptitude, including IP networking, computer systems, and databases (a plus).
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Trello and SAP.
  • Electrical qualifications (SEP).

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical, application, and documentation support to the business as a global industrial laser printer expert, covering hardware, software, industrial integration, and application space.
  • Work directly with aftersales/presales engineering and quality teams as necessary to resolve technical issues.
  • Be a key contributor and work directly with Product Development on existing product evolution and new product development, with a focus on customer experience and serviceability.
  • Provide resolutions for technical issues escalated from internal worldwide teams and international business partners.
  • Act as a cross-functional team member to identify corrective and preventive actions through root cause analysis.
  • Engage with technical service, the sales community, and other key company functions to share product and application knowledge.

Technical Solutions & Support (TSS) Specialist is pivotal in the execution of our product roadmap and have a direct impact on our customer’s experience with Solaris & Markem-Imaje products.
