Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, application support, software engineering, or a similar troubleshooting-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, with the ability to read and troubleshoot code.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, including SOQL, data models/schema design, and governor limits.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, including REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs.
  • Understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes rather than applying temporary fixes.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly and reassuringly.
  • Curiosity about modern development and AI tools, with an openness to incorporating them into your daily work.

  • Assess the severity and business impact of technical issues and work with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve them effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical initiatives and issues that require deeper product or engineering involvement.
  • Identify recurring problems and contribute to improvements that make the platform more reliable and support processes more efficient.
  • Use modern AI-powered tools such as Agentforce, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate troubleshooting, research, and day-to-day productivity.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Salesforce to join a technical team supporting a Salesforce-based platform and its custom applications. You will investigate and resolve complex platform and application issues, work directly with clients to identify root causes, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver lasting solutions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid Salesforce development knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting, working with customers, and solving complex technical problems.
