- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Network Security or Systems Administration
- Experience with at least 2 Microsoft Security technologies
- Knowledge of Windows 10 Security Stack, NextGen AV and ASR
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender
- Experience with Windows Server / Windows Client
- 1+ year of cloud experience, preferably Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków
