Technical Writer - Telco industry (f/m/x)

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for software or IT products, with examples of independently delivered work
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and precisely
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word styles, templates, tables of contents and cross-references, along with familiarity with documentation version control
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for technical writing, research and content review, including verifying and refining AI-generated output
• Understanding of software development and release processes; basic knowledge of Linux, IP networking and containerized environments such as Kubernetes
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver documentation independently against agreed deadlines
• Advanced level of Polish
• Residency in Poland

Optional

• Experience documenting telecommunications products, 4G/5G systems, network management platforms, or cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with Markdown or Git-based documentation workflows and documentation publishing tools
• Previous work with API documentation, including REST APIs specifications
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift, and experience creating technical diagrams or validating command-line procedures

Your responsibilities

• Independently planning, creating and maintaining documentation for Samsung Network Cloud products, from requirements analysis and design through release and maintenance
• Writing and updating system manuals, user and administrator guides, feature descriptions, release notes and troubleshooting instructions
• Developing installation, configuration, upgrade and rollback guides in collaboration with engineering teams, validating procedures against the product and supported environments
• Reviewing new feature requirements for Network Management Systems and translating technical and customer input into clear descriptions of functionality and system behavior
• Gathering information from developers, testers, architects and other subject matter experts; coordinating technical reviews and resolving gaps or inconsistencies
• Maintaining documentation versions and planning deliverables in line with product releases, incorporating feedback from customers and development teams
• Improving content structure, terminology and writing consistency to ensure documentation is easy to navigate and appropriate for its intended audience
• Researching relevant cloud and telecommunications technologies, explaining documented system requirements to stakeholders and improving documentation workflows
