Test Automation Engineer with Python

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation with demonstrable projects or contributions.
• Practical experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that run automated tests.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with scripting, libraries and notebooks.
• Experience testing command-line interfaces and management consoles in automated workflows.
• Familiarity with testing strategies for systems exhibiting probabilistic or non-deterministic behavior.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to communicate technical findings clearly.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated test suites for agentic and probabilistic systems.
• Stand up, configure and populate test environments to replicate realistic customer scenarios.
• Create and validate customer-centric test scenarios to ensure functional and behavioral correctness.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, covering CLI and management console (MCP) execution paths.
• Test probabilistic migration agents using appropriate frameworks and methodologies for non-deterministic behavior.
• Develop Python-based tooling and notebooks for metadata extraction, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with QA specialists and software engineers to close gaps between traditional QA and agentic development practices.
• Document test plans, results and recommended remediation actions in clear, reproducible form.
