Our requirements

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in IT, including at least 4 years in software testing or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in: Unit, integration, functional, regression, acceptance, performance, and stress testing. Designing and maintaining test environments. Testing complex enterprise applications. Test management processes and methodologies. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools, including Azure DevOps Test Plans.
  • Experience creating and executing SQL queries for testing and data validation.
  • Hands-on experience testing SharePoint-based applications.
  • Experience setting up test management tools for new projects.
  • Proven experience preparing high-quality test documentation and reporting.
  • Experience leading testing activities within complex ICT projects.
  • Practical knowledge of modern software testing tools and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (CEFR).
  • At least one of the following certifications: ISTQB Advanced certification, or another internationally recognized equivalent testing certification accepted by the Contracting Authority, or an additional 3 years of experience in test management beyond the required minimum experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Define testing strategies and plan testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and testing environments.
  • Execute, monitor, and debug application test cases and test scripts.
  • Validate testing results and ensure successful completion of testing activities before release.
  • Analyse functional and technical specifications to ensure testability of solutions.
  • Monitor test execution, analyse system quality, and provide regular status reports and recommendations.
  • Document test activities and manage defect tracking throughout the testing process.
  • Lead testing activities within complex ICT projects and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams.
  • Set up and maintain test management tools for new projects.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, software developers, architects, and service desk teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and testing practices.

As part of its ongoing digital transformation, it is modernising operational reporting and workforce management to enhance efficiency, security, and real-time decision-making.
As a Test Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications by defining testing strategies, designing and executing comprehensive test plans, and leading testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Working closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and service desk teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex ICT solutions while maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects.
Salary: €270 - €300/day on B2B contract (12 months, renewable)
Working model: Hybrid (2/3x weekly from the office)
