Our requirements
- Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or Java).
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and modern automation practices.
- Previous experience leading QA teams or driving QA automation transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to mentor engineers and promote software engineering best practices within QA.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the test automation framework, improving the stability and reliability of regression suites.
- Drive the adoption of modern QA practices, including AI-powered testing and automation.
- Define and execute the QA automation roadmap with clear priorities and milestones.
- Manage priorities and stakeholder expectations to keep the team focused on high-impact initiatives.
- Mentor QA engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
