About the project

We are currently looking for a Manual Tester to join a project in the insurance sector. The role is hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite), and we are open to candidates based in Warsaw, Poznań, or Lublin.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test documentation
  • Performing manual testing (based on defined cases and exploratory approaches)
  • Monitoring test execution and reporting outcomes
  • Supporting testing processes with tools and scripts
  • Collaborating with team members to meet product quality goals

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manual software testing
  • Experience with JIRA and TestFlo
  • Solid knowledge of SQL
  • Hands-on experience in API testing
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and quality-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical thinking

    Optional

  • Experience in test automation (Selenium + Java)
  • Domain knowledge in insurance or financial services
