Our requirements

  • 5+ years of Unix/Linux system administration experience.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 6–9).
  • Strong understanding of operating system internals: processes, services, filesystems, and permissions.
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.
  • Good understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, firewalls, troubleshooting).
  • Experience with patching, package management, and vulnerability remediation (YUM/DNF, RPM).
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible preferred).
  • Proven experience managing critical production environments.
  • Very good English skills (spoken & written).

Optional

  • Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of UNIX/Linux-based products and services.
  • Handle incidents, outages, and problem resolutions for high-availability environments.
  • Deliver infrastructure engineering changes with automation, scalability, and security in mind.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize infrastructure performance and capacity.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and service standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service management teams.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
