Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on payments or B2B SaaS preferred
- Experience in working with scrum teams and tools like Jira and Confluence, and sophisticated skills in Figma and other design tools, with an understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience in UI design and micro-interactions
- Knowledge of user research practices, and experience using usability testing platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to audiences with varying levels of product design understanding
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for representing their needs and motivations to diverse stakeholder groups
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for improving the user experience
- You have an online portfolio showing your work and which you can share upon your application
Your responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for our merchant-facing products, including our Insights portal, reconciliation and reporting flows
- Conduct user research and usability testing with real merchant users — from payment operations managers to CFOs — and translate those insights into sharp UX decisions
- Run design sprints and collaborative workshops with product and engineering teams
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Actively explore how generative AI can improve both your design workflow and the products you're building
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure your designs are delivered as intended — and push back when they're not
- Translate complex payment and financial data into experiences that feel intuitive, not intimidating
