About the project
We are seeking a passionate and skilled User Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a focus on analyzing player feedback and presenting comprehensive reports to our clients. This role is crucial in helping us understand our players' needs and improving their gaming experience.
Your responsibilities
- Design and conduct user research studies, including gameplay observation, surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and usability testing.
- Gather and review survey responses to extract meaningful insights.
- Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews with players to understand their experiences and feedback.
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and patterns.
- Compile comprehensive feedback reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with game clients, internal teams, and other team members to integrate user feedback into the game development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and video game design.
Our requirements
- Proven experience in user research, preferably in the video games industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for video games and a deep understanding of player behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Game Design, or a related field.
