Our requirements
- 5+ years of UX Research experience delivering end-to-end projects.
- Strong qualitative research expertise (interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, usability testing).
- Ability to independently manage the full research lifecycle (scoping, planning, recruitment, reporting).
- Experience synthesizing findings into actionable insights and presenting them to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods (surveys, analytics, large-scale data synthesis).
- Proven impact of research on product strategy and decision-making.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Optional
- Research experience in technical, complex, or cybersecurity domains.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar collaboration/design tools.
- Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design principles.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
- Degree in UX, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field.
