  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance, Architecture, Risk, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarise complex data into key insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and governance documentation.
  • Mindset focused on process improvement, standardisation, and simplification.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritising effectively in a global, distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with FSA/FSW frameworks.
  • Experience with vendor consolidation, contract renegotiation, or cost optimisation initiatives would be beneficial.

Your responsibilities

  • Performance Framework Support – Assist in designing, implementing, and continuously improving the vendor performance framework aligned with global standards.
  • Scorecard Execution – Support development, population, and validation of vendor performance scorecards; prepare materials for governance meetings.
  • Governance Meeting Support – Help coordinate performance reviews, track agreed actions, and ensure timely follow-up and escalation where necessary.
  • Remediation Support – Contribute to remediation plans for underperforming vendors and support initiatives that drive measurable recovery.
  • Data Aggregation & Insights – Collect and analyse risk, spend, and performance data; facilitate the shift toward dynamic trend analysis.
  • Operational Alignment – Partner with Operations Management on performance-related processes, TPS activities, and MIS reporting.
  • Team Enablement – Work with the Vendor Performance Lead and wider team to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement
