  • Work experience in Digital Marketing including: digital advertising, web and mobile sites, SEO, digital media, e-commerce
  • Experience working with JIRA/SalesForce
  • Previous working experience with project management
  • Previous experience working in projects using Agile methodology
  • Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports
  • Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
  • Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Self-starter/self-directed individual that works with energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
  • Able to cope with complexity and uncertainty
  • Experience and comfort in working with multi-cultural stakeholders and environments
  • Experience working on digital localization projects

Your responsibilities

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for team activities responsible for taking on more complex activities, processes and/or providing training and support
  • Leading more complex projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Be able to deliver enhancements in assigned subject area
  • End-to-end agile project management of a variety of website projects across EMEA countries, including creation of European base sites for replication
  • Manage agile epics, stories, discoveries, tasks and status reporting (e.g. JIRA) to ensure that there is clear visibility on project progress and deadlines
  • Work closely and proactively with business marketers throughout EMEA and the central data team to ensure content is available to support the replication/launch of websites
  • Conduct project briefing meetings with business marketers & confirm details of the plan, timelines, & determine resource availability & readiness to replicate the website/marketing content (typically countries need to approve translated content, provide product data/ images and confirm their launch approval)
  • Lead regular country update calls to ensure that projects are on track and highlight issues / risks of slippage
  • Deliver approved content translated into local language in a structured template to IT team to enable build of the country website
  • Preview and test website content and product catalogue content for quality, accuracy & completeness prior to launch
  • Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
  • Recommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and maximize value realization
