Our requirements
- You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics software solutions.
- You understand warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain environments.
- You have experience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, or project management roles.
- You communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- You are willing to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required.
- You are fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Your responsibilities
- You analyze existing warehouse and logistics processes and translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
- You design and configure WMS processes that support operational excellence and business growth.
- You facilitate customer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions.
- You manage implementation projects throughout all phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
- You advise customers on best practices in warehouse management, process optimization, and digital transformation.
- You collaborate with international project teams, product specialists, and software developers.
- You contribute customer insights and market requirements to the ongoing development of our WMS products.
