Our requirements

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring Workday Compensation or equivalent Workday HCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, total rewards components, and eligibility rules in a multinational context.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing, data validation, and resolving configuration issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and reporting requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional certifications or formal training in Workday technologies will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial but not required

Your responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and configuration of Workday Compensation components, including job profiles, pay components, eligibility rules, and compensation events.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs and configuration specifications within Workday.
  • Support testing activities (unit, integration, user acceptance) and validate results against acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare documentation for configuration, business processes, and release notes to ensure clear handover and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations, payroll, and IT to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities related to compensation processes.
