Our requirements

  • Experience with AMODIT or another low-code/BPM/workflow platform (e.g., WEBCON BPS, Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps, Nintex, K2, Bizagi, or similar).
  • SQL – ability to write queries and create/use views.
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Basic scripting skills.
  • Minimum: 1 year of experience with AMODIT, or 2 years of experience with a similar low-code/BPM platform.
  • Approximately 2–3 years of experience in workflow/low-code BPM configuration.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end process implementations independently.
  • Ability to gather requirements directly from business users and translate them into technical/workflow solutions.
  • Fluent Polish is required.

  • Knowledge of the AMODIT rules language.
  • SOAP.
  • Active Directory / Entra ID.
  • SSO.
  • C# or JavaScript.
  • BPMN.
  • Experience with HR processes (onboarding, vacation/leave requests, HR applications, employee-related workflows).
  • Experience in BPM platform administration and maintenance.
  • Technical English.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, configure, develop, and maintain workflow/BPM processes in AMODIT.
  • Create and configure forms, workflow paths, roles and permissions, business rules.
  • Independently deliver end-to-end process implementations, from requirements gathering through to deployment.
  • Work directly with business users to understand their needs, particularly within the HR area.
  • Translate business requirements into effective workflow/BPM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between AMODIT and other systems using REST APIs.
  • Work with SQL, including queries and views.
  • Provide 2nd line support for existing processes and platform-related issues.
  • Maintain, optimize, and further develop existing workflows.
  • Support the consolidation and organization of AMODIT instances.
  • Document processes and implemented solutions.
  • Cooperate with technical and business teams.
