Our requirements

  • Strong Adobe Workfront administration experience, including configuration, custom forms, access levels, queues, approvals, and workflow setup (beyond power-user knowledge).
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for integrations and process automation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions, including conducting discovery sessions and defining the right approach.
  • Proven experience migrating legacy work management platforms to Adobe Workfront, including process mapping, migration planning, cutover activities, and decommissioning of previous solutions.

Optional

  • Experience setting up Adobe Workfront as a shared enterprise platform supporting multiple teams and business functions.
  • Background in creative operations, marketing operations, or similar environments.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills, including creating training materials and enabling users.
  • Familiarity with other work management and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Monday.com) and experience supporting migration from these platforms.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Adobe ecosystem, particularly Creative Cloud.
