- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience in IT Project Management,
- Practical experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Quality Issue Management,
- Experience in owning or coordinating governance processes rather than only participating in them,
- Experience in backlog and triage management,
- Practical experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA),
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating multiple teams or domains,
- Experience in prioritization, dependency management, and escalation,
- Experience in management-level reporting,
- Strong ownership and ability to drive accountability across teams,
- Very good command of English.
Optional
- Experience in the banking or financial sector,
- Knowledge of Data Management / Data Warehouse environments,
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
Your responsibilities
- Own and coordinate the Data Quality Governance / Data Quality Issue Management process,
- Run triage meetings and coordinate activities across multiple teams and domains,
- Manage and prioritize the data quality issue backlog,
- Monitor ticket ownership, progress, dependencies, and resolution,
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure identified issues are followed through to closure,
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and escalations,
- Drive accountability across involved teams and stakeholders,
- Identify and implement structural process improvements,
- Improve intake, prioritization, issue clustering, and closure processes,
- Identify opportunities for process automation,
- Prepare transparent management reporting on progress, risks, ownership, and backlog,
- Cooperate with multiple business, data, and technology stakeholders.
