Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT or business analysis within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of interest rate products, deposit processes, and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and requirements documentation.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis for financial transactions.
  • Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Fluent command of English and Polish.

Optional

  • Experience in Markets or Treasury domains.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks within finance.
  • Certification or experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Your responsibilities
