Our requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience across product management, product design, UX, or related disciplines, including at least 3 years in a lead, principal, or comparable senior role.
  • A strong portfolio of complex digital products that you helped take from ambiguity or early concept through launch, adoption, and continued improvement.
  • Deep experience with user research, journey design, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn technically complex products into experiences that non-technical users can quickly understand and trust.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish essential user value from unnecessary product complexity.
  • Experience leading product roadmap, prioritization, and cross-functional product-development work in close partnership with engineering.
  • A systems-oriented mindset: you can design an individual interaction while understanding the larger workflow, business process, and product architecture around it.
  • Comfort working hands-on in tools such as Figma and using prototypes to test ideas before committing significant engineering effort.
  • Experience with generative conversational AI assistants, agentic workflows, or other AI-native interfaces is required.
  • Experience building B2B, SMB, fintech, marketplace, or workflow products is valuable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly across product, engineering, commercial, and executive teams.
  • The independence, curiosity, and pragmatism required to build an entirely new product category within an early-stage startup

Your responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product experience and roadmap for MyOS Business, with particular responsibility for its conversational interface and core SMB business-owner journeys.
  • Create a natural onboarding and discovery experience that helps MyOS understand a business’s goals, priorities, constraints, relationships, and capacity without overwhelming the user.
  • Design the journey from opportunity discovery through evaluation, refinement, approval, execution, progress tracking, and measurable business results.
  • Translate complex agent behavior, multi-party workflows, permissions, recommendations, and system states into clear language and intuitive interactions.
  • Lead user research, prototyping, usability testing, and pilot feedback with business owners, turning real-world observations into focused product decisions.
  • Establish reusable interaction patterns and a coherent design system for conversational, AI-assisted, and workflow-based experiences across multiple agent types.
  • Define and track experience metrics including activation, time to first value, task completion, comprehension, trust, sustained usage, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as Product Manager for MyOS Business: own and prioritise the product backlog, write the user stories and acceptance criteria, run planning with engineering, and be the person who works closely with the CTO to decide what the team builds next and signs off that it's done.
  • Work closely with engineering from early problem definition through release, ensuring that the shipped experience retains the clarity and intent of the original design.
  • Raise the company-wide standard for user-centered product development and help build the product and design organization as Blue grows.

About the project

We are looking for a senior, UX-led product leader to own how businesses experience MyOS - from their first conversation to their first measurable commercial outcome.
MyOS helps business owners use AI agents to discover revenue opportunities, assemble offers and partnerships, approve recommended actions, and coordinate the work required to make those opportunities real. The underlying system is powerful and complex. Your job is to make it feel simple, intuitive, trustworthy, and immediately useful.
You will work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, product design, conversational design, research, and hands on execution. This is a product leadership role: you will speak with end users and field product managers, frame problems, prototype solutions, collaborate on product priorities, and work closely with CTO and the engineering team to ship and continuously improve the product. For the right person, this is a path to owning the product for MyOS Business outright as the company grows.
