Our requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Very good German and fluent English skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Knowledge of GitLab, Helm, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, A2A, and LLM-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI integrations and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of AI and web application security, including guardrails, content filtering, moderation, spam protection, and rate limiting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience in banking or financial sector projects.

Your responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the FAQ Bot platform for the banking sector.
- Develop new features and AI/LLM-based functionalities.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams.
- Participate in testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Ensure solution quality, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to system architecture and work within an Agile/Scrum environment.
