Senior SAP Finance Technology Leader (f/m/x)

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology, including previous hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant, and proven success in leadership roles managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems, including financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting.
• Solid understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling, and other business functions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and balancing global standards with local compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing activities, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations.
• Lead the design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated end-to-end business solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, deployments, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating the work of external partners and consulting providers.
