Praca w IT, ETL Developer

Our requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience in ETL development and data processing pipelines
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency in Python for backend or data engineering tasks
• Experience with event-driven architectures, preferably with Kafka or similar technologies
• Ability to design and work with REST APIs
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., requirement analysis, documentation, refactoring support)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
• High level of independence, ownership, and organizational skills
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)

Optional

• Understanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture
• Knowledge or interest in data modeling techniques
• Experience with Java development
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud environments

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL solutions with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
• Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from concept through implementation and delivery
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data users, and solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of data products and backend services
• Optimize engineering workflows using AI tools, improving efficiency, documentation quality, and maintainability
• Build and maintain event-driven systems, ensuring data consistency and system resilience
• Contribute to technical leadership, including code quality standards, best practices, and mentoring team members
• Participate in architectural discussions and proactively improve existing solutions
