Salesforce CRMA Dashboard Developer

Our requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years of CRM Analytics (CRMA) experience with multiple CRMA implementations delivered.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise sales reporting and executive dashboards.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM Analytics Studio, dashboards \u0026 lenses, datasets, dashboard JSON, SAQL and row-level security.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, reporting \u0026 dashboards, object model and security/sharing concepts; basic SOQL knowledge.
• Solid data and analytics skills, including data modelling, dimensional modelling, KPI design, data transformation and data quality management.
• Proficiency in SQL/SAQL and data manipulation and aggregation techniques.
• Demonstrated capability in executive dashboard design, data storytelling and UX considerations for reporting applications.
• Experience with ETL principles and performance-oriented visualization techniques.
• Fluent English.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards, lenses and applications within Salesforce.
• Design executive-level dashboards for sales, pipeline, forecasting and performance measurement.
• Create advanced visualizations and interactive analytics experiences to support end-user exploration and self-service reporting.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, enabling drill-down analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Support forecasting and pipeline management use cases, including data preparation and validation.
• Develop reusable dashboard templates, KPI libraries and documentation to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency.
• Optimise dashboard performance, data models and user experience for scalability and responsiveness.
• Implement security models including row-level security and apply Salesforce sharing concepts to analytics artefacts.
