- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) – this is a mandatory requirement for external candidates.
- Solid experience building backend systems and APIs in a production environment.
- Experience working in product-focused engineering teams rather than strictly delivery or outsourcing environments.
- Understanding of modern development practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS (deep infrastructure expertise is not required).
- Experience using AI development tools as part of the engineering workflow.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-autonomy environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Golang (and React if you have experience and are willing to work as a Fullstack Developer) in a modern product environment.
- Build features based on high-level product requirements, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to clarify scope, purpose, and expected behavior.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, creating pull requests, and releasing features to production.
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Work within fast CI/CD pipelines, where code may reach production shortly after approval.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams in a fully remote setup with a strong emphasis on autonomy and accountability.
- Identify blockers early and proactively seek clarification or support when needed.
- Contribute to technical discussions and continuously improve engineering practices and product quality.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar) to enhance productivity and code quality.
