- 5 to 7 years of experience building software for high-traffic, production environments.
- Proficiency in Golang and JS/TS.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scale.
- Strong command of English (min. B2).

- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Mentoring experience through thoughtful code reviews and shared knowledge.
