Our requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience using modern web development standards, including OOP, DDD concepts. Solid understanding of architecture, scalability, and state management.
  • Proficiency with advanced CSS features, a11y HTML5 standards, TypeScript (type system), React, and Next.js.
  • Experience consuming and building RESTful APIs using industry-standard practices with security in mind.
  • Experience on the backend (Node.js, APIs, databases)
  • Familiarity with AWS (e.g., Lambda, Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Event Bridge) especially nice-to-have serverless architecture.
  • Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET is a great advantage!
  • Familiarity with standard processes in software development (clean code, SOLID, DRY, etc.).
  • Practical experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing (at least one of: Jest, Vitest, Playwright).
  • Comfortable working with bundlers, Git, along with CI/CD and monitoring.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) at B2 level.
  • Curious attitude with an excitement to learn new things and contribute to all areas of the product.
  • Secure and aware approach to AI generate code.
  • Collaborative spirit to knowledge share and nurture our team growth with a genuine passion for programming.
  • Ability to drive technical decisions with minimal guidance.

  • Experience working with headless CMS.
  • Familiarity with the concept of a mono-repository.
  • Track record of mentoring and helping grow careers of junior engineers.
  • A passion for Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). You enjoy healing party members in the midst of battle (but all new party members are welcome!)

Your responsibilities

  • Build solutions using the latest web technologies including TypeScript, React and Next.js.
  • Work with backend services with modern technologies (including Node.js, AWS, Pulumi, Kubernetes).
  • Write maintainable, high-quality features in a team-based development environment.
  • Engage in a shared code base through peer reviews and pull requests.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Assist with improving code quality, solution architecture
  • Participate in Agile team including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Enforce and improve processes and coding standards in collaborative manner.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Take part in the team’s on-call rotation (working cross-zone PL-USA)
