Cybersecurity Risk Expert

Our requirements

• Minimum 9 years of relevant IT experience, including 6+ years in a similar role
• Master degree - MUST HAVE
• Advanced English - at least C1
• Strong expertise in: cybersecurity risk management frameworks and methodologies, threat analysis, vulnerabilities, and risk assessment practices, security controls and compliance standards
• Experience in stakeholder communication and reporting
• At least 4 of the following certifications - MUST HAVE -> CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CAP, CISSP-ISSMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, ISO 27005 Risk Manager, GIAC certifications (GSNA, GCCC, ISO-27000 Specialist)
• Experience in making Business Impact Assessments (BIA)
• GRC tools (e.g. ServiceNow) knowledge
• Zero Trust Architecture design experience

Your responsibilities

• Develop and drive the organisation’s cybersecurity risk management strategy
• Manage and maintain an inventory of assets
• Identify and assess cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack scenarios
• Analyse threat landscape, including attacker profiles and attack potential
• Perform risk assessments and define mitigation, avoidance, and control strategies
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented cybersecurity controls
• Ensure risks remain within acceptable levels
• Lead and communicate the full risk management lifecycle across stakeholders
