Your responsibilities

• realizing visions by translating customer visions into tangible digital solutions that create real added value
• rethinking processes by analysing existing business processes and developing innovative approaches - more efficient, more intelligent, and more customer-centric
• optimizing quality and discovering optimization potential before others see it, you would not only ensure smooth systems, but also actively drive their continuous further development

Our requirements

• fluency in written and spoken English
• university degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
• at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments
• in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams, as well as confidence using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration
• knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis. IREB certification is an advantage
• ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones, as well as occasional travel to workshops or other team locations
